Design direction
The goal was to create a developer experience that felt clear, trustworthy, and easy to navigate. I reorganized the portal’s structure to reduce friction, introduced step-by-step guides and visual references to simplify integration, and applied a consistent design system that aligned with Hola Cash’s brand. Collaboration with engineers and technical writers ensured content was not only accurate but actionable.
The redesigned portal drastically improved the developer experience, reducing friction during integration and lowering support requests. Developers could now self-serve with confidence, accelerating adoption and contributing to Hola Cash’s growth as a trusted payment platform.
